The benefits that you will receive are based on the terms of the contract your employer negotiated with the dental insurance company and NOT the dental office. The services selected are based on the cost of the policy to the employer and the negotiated arrangements with the dental insurance company.

HOW OUR OFFICE HELPS
Our office will help do everything possible to help you understand and make the most out of your insurance benefits. We will check your benefit coverage prior to your initial visit and submit your dental insurance claim to achieve the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled.
Please be aware that some dental insurance companies take longer than others to complete payment. If necessary, our office will contact the dental insurance company. If we are unable to obtain payment from your dental insurance company, you will be responsible for the balance and contacting the insurance for payment. Payment for professional services is due at the time dental treatment is provided. Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan which fits your timetable and budget, and which results in the best possible care for your child.

Please feel free to contact our office if your child has insurance that is not listed, as we will file with any PPO insurance company, as long as they do not require the patient to see a specific doctor on their list. We are pleased to offer Care Credit and in-office payment plans. Most importantly, please keep us informed of any insurance changes such as policy name, insurance company address, or a change of employment.
